Returns and Exchanges

Returns can be made within 14 days of your order being delivered, providing the item is in perfect re-saleable condition and the original packaging is used for its return.

If you wish to return an item, you must inform us by email or letter within 14 days from the date of delivery.  We will then provide you with the return address and instructions on how to make your return. Returns must be sent using recorded delivery and an appropriate level of insurance as MurWalls Ltd hold no responsibility for items that are damaged or missing on return.

Upon receiving your return, we will offer you an exchange or a refund of your initial payment. Please note that postage costs are not refundable in this instance, and any replacement product will incur a postage charge. If your order is refunded, you can expect to receive the funds back to your original payment method within 14 working days of receipt.

Damaged or Missing Items

When you receive your order, please ensure that you check it for damages or missing items as soon as possible. Should you find something wrong with your order, you must email us at info@murwalls.com within 3 days of the order being received.  We will reply to your email with details of how we will resolve this for you. Please ensure you keep the order along with any packaging together and in a safe place until you have received our reply and further instructions.

Please note: Colours may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen due to differences in monitor settings.
